Pennachio left in the dust?, Santorum fixation continues, Gil openly admits he is stealing his idea from liberal blogs

Alright, I am confused now. We're going off onto some wild tangents with this Romanelli story. First of all, Gil is now openly admitting that he is using liberal blogs as a primary source for ideas for his columns. His latest is "Attytood", although the same story appeared in the Democratic Underground blog.

Once again, the sources seem very weak, citing a story from the Enquirer in Ohio and CBS news, where they reported "six people testified". It looks like they are going on a witchhunt for this company called "JSM Inc".

Democrats sue to keep Nader off state ballot

High court upholds Nader's placement on Nevada ballot

In this case, it looks as if the very same thing happened - Democrats tried to remove a legitimate candidate from the Presidential ballot in 2004 in Nevada.

The reason that Democrats consistently have their panties in a bunch about this is that they believe a Green candidate on the ballot will draw away votes from their own party.

It didn't work in 2004 and I am not sure what makes them think it's going to work in 2006.
