Would you or would you not add "Fair" to the "Positive" column? I certainly would. That puts Bush at 58% in March of 2006. Not 36%.

Assuming that the same number that said Bush was doing "fair" two months ago would still say the same thing, Bush's approval rating should currently be 51% - a slight majority. But a majority, none-the-less.
