A local blogger claims that the oath of office was not taken by elected county officials. However, the law that is cited is outdated. According to PACode.com, many other surrounding areas have adopted this oath of office. Title 16 is no longer "County Code", but is renamed "Community Affairs" and Section 40.3 is "reserved and renumbered".
Updates:LNP: Judge confirms that local blogger is flat wrong.
